An Innovative Dining Experience,
in the Comfort of your Own Home
With every intent of unveiling the often overlooked option of private dining, I am offering an array of choices for your more intimate dining experience.
Relax at your own dining table whilst I prepare for you a menu of your choice. Be it a celebration for a birthday, wedding, anniversary or any other occasion; the private chef option can demonstrate a lot of thought as a unique gift
Although I will be offering the Personalised Menu and the 'Louisa's Choice' menu's to between 6-12 guests (with some special exceptions), I also cater for those slightly larger events when you really want to make the food shine.

Getting your hands on great produce is one of the most important parts of delivering an inspiring meal. After working for some of the top restaurants in and around Birmingham I have created some contacts in the produce world that I hope to last a life time.
So many people in the UK are unaware of the range of ingredients available to us and how fresh they can be. I promise to each of my customers to bring you the freshest ingredients from my pan to your plate.
The huge variety of produce available means that those of you eager to try the personal menu can really stretch the imagination. We can push for creativity and I can deliver something to your table you might not have tried before and may not try again.
Personally, choosing the chef route was a big decision, there was a point in my life when I thought that I would follow a dream into the RAF. However, creativity called and my passion and desire for the kitchen steered me in the direction of culinary college.
I passed through college and into the kitchens of various multi rosette hotels and restaurants. Following this, the job at Adam's Michelin Star restaurant came, an intense push into fine dining cuisine.
With a little more freedom in mind I started work at The Wilderness, another fine dining restaurant with a more experimental approach to flavours. In this time I was able to develop a lot personally as a chef, just in time for MasterChef, the biggest push I have given myself to date. The show sent me away with a humble mission to learn and develop into (hopefully) something quite unique.
